It leaves no residue
CO₂ disappears into the air once the fire is out. Powder settles as a fine dust on and inside whatever was nearby, and has to be cleaned out afterwards.

Customer stories
The math isn’t close. Neither is the trust.
Why CO₂ — and when it beats a powder extinguisher
A powder extinguisher can stop an electrical fire and still leave a fine dust that gets into everything. CO₂ is a gas. It does the job and leaves nothing behind.
BS 5306-8:2012 guidance as cited by a UK supplier (Budget Fire) — verify against the standard itself before quoting on the site.

CO₂ disappears into the air once the fire is out. Powder settles as a fine dust on and inside whatever was nearby, and has to be cleaned out afterwards.

Powder dust can get into fans, connectors and circuit boards and damage them. With CO₂, there's nothing to wipe out of the equipment you just saved.

A powder discharge in a small room fills the air with dust that makes it hard to see and breathe. UK guidance (BS 5306-8) advises against powder indoors for this reason.

Paste the customer’s own words here. Two or three sentences reads best in this card — specific enough to feel real, short enough to scan.
Reviewer name
A shorter review works just as well; the cards match heights across the row.

Longer testimonials are fine too. If a customer explains what they were using before, why they changed, and what difference it made, the card will grow to fit and its neighbours will match it.

Reviews that name a specific product or rating tend to carry the most weight with buyers comparing on price alone.
Product & rating
B covers flammable liquids (oils, fuels, solvents). The number shows the size of fire the unit is rated to put out under test conditions — higher means a larger tested fire. This unit is rated for Class B only; it isn't rated for Class A fires (wood, paper, textile).
2 kg of carbon dioxide (CO₂), charged to 55 bar at 20°C, in a stored-pressure cylinder. There's no powder, so there's nothing to clean up afterwards.
The extinguisher with a side outlet and anti-frost horn, plus a galvanized wall bracket. The instructions for use are printed on a sticker on the cylinder.
Yes, up to 1,000 V — the label says to hold the nozzle at least 1 m away. And because CO₂ leaves no residue, it's the gentler choice for the equipment itself.
Independently certified — BSI Kitemark certificate KM 705999, BS EN 3 standard, and CE marked. You can verify the certificate directly on BSI's public database.
Use & maintenance
Yes — but ventilate afterwards. The label warns to avoid skin and eye contact with CO₂ and to seek medical help if a large amount is inhaled. In a small enclosed space, CO₂ displaces breathable air, so open the room up once the fire is out.
At least once a year, using only genuine Mobiak spare parts — and it must be refilled after every use. Both are printed on the label. Refills are Rs. 300 per kg, so Rs. 600 for this 2 kg unit.
Not for good — but it can't go back on the wall as it is. Per the label, refill after each use, however short. A partly used unit can't be relied on until it's been recharged. A refill costs Rs. 300 per kg — Rs. 600 for this unit.

Choose CO₂ when you're protecting electronics or equipment and want no mess left behind. A DCP also covers wood, paper and textile, so it's the better all-rounder — and many sites keep both. See "Why CO₂" above for the side-by-side.
